The CNC steel cage rolling welding machine is an intelligent steel cage forming device designed for modern construction engineering. The hydraulic solenoid valve (which controls hydraulic flow) we use is the same as the one used in Komatsu excavators, supplied by the same supplier, Kaisong Hydraulic. 1. Intelligent numerical control system
Equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a touchscreen interface, it allows for one-click setting of parameters such as the diameter of the steel cage, the number of main bars, and the distance between stirrups, enabling automatic control of the entire process and reducing manual intervention.
The parameter memory function allows for quick switching between products of different specifications and can adapt to the parallel production needs of multiple projects.
2. Modular Structure Design
The equipment features a split-type assembly structure, which facilitates transportation and quick on-site installation, saving construction preparation time.
Both the fixed and moving plates can be flexibly adjusted. The processing diameter ranges from 0.5 to 2.2 meters, and the length supports 2 to 27 meters, meeting the diverse needs of different sites.
3. High-Precision Welding Technology
The standard intelligent welding manipulator ensures accurate positioning of steel bar crossing points, providing high welding strength and preventing leakage, thus guaranteeing the stability of the overall steel cage structure.
An optional laser detection device allows for real-time calibration of stirrup spacing, with error control within ±2mm.
4. Efficient Production and Energy Saving
The automatic feeding mechanism operates synchronously with the straightening device of the vertical roller, reducing manual feeding time and improving processing speed.
The stirrup does not require bonding, and the material utilization rate is increased by 1% to 1.5%, which can save hundreds of meters of steel per day.
5. Safe and Durable Design
The key components are made of high-strength alloy steel, which is resistant to wear and corrosion, extending the equipment's lifespan by more than 30%.
It is equipped with overload protection and an emergency stop device to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of operators.
